PTA 2016-2017 Nominations


There are now openings on our PTA Executive Board and our **School Leadership Team. We hope you are interested.  The election will be held at our next PTA Meeting on Oct. 18th at 5:30 pm.  All parents and legal guardians of a student are eligible to run for office.

1st Secretary – records minutes at PTA meetings

Treasurer – responsible for all financial affairs and funds of the PTA

If you are interested in running or would like to nominate someone, please notify the committee by filling out the tear-off below and returning it to your child’s teacher in a sealed envelope marked “PTA NOMINATING COMMITTEE”.

Nominations will also be taken from the floor for all positions at the meeting.

SLT Team members are responsible for participating in the development and review of the CEP- Comprehensive Education Plan-: ensuring that the budget is aligned to support the CEP; working collaboratively with other team members by sharing their ideas and concerns and listening to the ideas and concerns of others; engaging in collaborative problem solving and solution seeking that will lead to a positive consensus-based decisions and meet and enhance students’ needs as well the entire school community and sharing their constituency’s views and concerns. Meetings are 1x per month @ 4pm in the Library.
